Dogs walked and swum and very nearly all in the picture!
Gym visited for second time this week. We are being very good this last wee while; maybe having the Couch to 5k programme to work to has been good for us. J tells me there's a 5k to 10k one too.....
Bit of gardening and quite a few invoices done and dusted with just enough time for pancakes straight off the pan and on to plates as the boys arrived home.
