Shimmy into Christmas

Encountered this festive gentleman on our walk this morning.  Sorry about quality.  The problem taking photos with an exuberant hound but you get the gist.

My new passport arrived.  From what I've gleaned it's produced in Poland and made by the Franco-Dutch firm Gemalto using Italian software to print Spanish ink onto Finnish paper.  Beggars belief!  

The online form was completed on 12 December and the old one posted the same day.  Today being 15 December that means a turnaround of 3 days!

Waiting for dog flea treatment and worming tablets to be delivered by very kind receptionist, Sheila.  The vet is across town but Sheila lives just round the corner.  People are so kind.
