Brightness on a dull day

Having a quiet, lazy day.  It's been mild but dull today.  The sun threatened to shine this afternoon but was merely sabre rattling.  Forecast is for some sunshine tomorrow, digits crossed.

Two dog walks, reading and cooking.  

Shocked that the Israeli Defence Force shot three Israelis.  Unsurprised if the perception prevails that ordinary civilians pose a threat.  Shouldn't this event add to the compelling need for a total ceasefire as there will never be any winners?
