Segways!

As my birthday present this year, my friends Emma and Colin got together and decided to treat me to an off-road Segway trip! It was absolutely fantastic, so much fun. We were let loose on the trails for an hour - some were nice smooth paths like this one, but there were also big inclines and declines, a section on a forest track and some very rough gravel to negotiate.

I only managed to have one big wipe-out, when I skidded on some loose stones and somehow ended up getting run over by my own Segway, but that's all part of the fun. The beautiful weather and lovely countryside made it even better. Definitely recommended!
