A good day ....

Left home this morning around 8.30am for an appointment in Penzance, then met a friend for coffee who I have not seen for a while (lovely to catch up) and then after doing a few other bits and pieces I eventually arrived home at 4pm and prompty fell asleep for 2 hours - this is an improvement as its the first day in over a week that I have had to sleep in the day - so I know I am getting stronger.

Chuffed to receive this lovely card today from Beryl and Barrie having told them yesterday that I had passed my latest photography exams ...
