An early start

We set off just after 5 am and stopped for breakfast just as the sun was rising. As planned, there was not too much traffic early on a Sunday morning going through Paris, although it was still reasonably busy. The journey was long but uneventful. The journey took 12 hours in all so we were glad to arrive safely with family and settle down for the evening. It will be an early night though for sure.
