Big Xmas Marathon

Too difficult to choose today’s blip so I’ve finally worked out how to add extras.
Really lovely day running along the Mersey river and Bridgewater canal. Was mostly a long walk as I’ve had a back injury that prevented any training so I’m really happy to have finished and chuffed to do so a little under 5:45. Maybe there is something in my theory that training just makes you tired ;-)
Extras include my glittery medal and the stepping stones I had to navigate between the finish and the tram stop - luckily I made it!
