Another trip into Belfast, it was very dull and very fine drizzle at times.  This is Commercial Court, one of Belfast's old entries.  The man with the ponytail seems to be hosing down the cobblestones.  The shutter speed was a ridiculous 1/13th of a second, but I liked the result.  Once again the city was not very busy considering its a week before Christmas.
