Cake!

Beginning to panic that I hadn't taken a single photo, despite being out and about this morning, inspiration came in the form of dessert, a few seconds before I tucked in.

From Twelve Triangles in Morningside, this not a Chelsea bun, as first thought, but a Chestnut bun, of similar construction but with chestnut puree and adorned with a dollop of mascarpone cheese.

And deliciously moist, sticky and altogether yummy it proved to be.
