Scilly flowers

In June we went to The Isles of Scilly...the weather was perfect, and we got to all of the five main islands.

On St Martin's we looked in on Churchtown Farm where they grow scented flowers outdoors all the year round.

Imagine our surprise today, when our postie brought us a package containing Scilly flowers that some friends of ours sent us for Christmas!

I had another surprise, too! Because one of my photos was runner up on BBC Look North calendar competition, they are very kindly going to send me a 2024 BBC Look North Calendar! ( one of my photos was on the 2018 calendar ) Each year the calendars make £12,000 for Children in Need.
