Wild Light

I have enjoyed having an Angela Harding Calendar on my wall, more for the pictures than anything else. So, I ordered one for next year.  I like her lino print work and her depiction of wildlife in the environment.

This is January's picture - Wild Light. She says it is an illustration of day and night in one image - a singing blackbird greeting the morning and a nightingale in song at the end of the day. 

Our daughter sent everyone a form to complete. Three questions - our favourite Christmas film, our favourite Christmas song and the thing we like best to eat at Christmas. Apparently she will collate the answers (all anonymous) and will turn it into some kind of quiz where we have to guess who made which choices . . . I think. This will happen on Christmas Day when we are having a Zoom session as we are all in different places. What would you have chosen?


We will hopefully all meet up here for a few days after Christmas. Today we shopped - nine people for three days - a lot of food.
