By the sea

A good forecast for the West encouraged us to leave things and set off for the sea. We had a wonderful couple of hours in Morecambe, wandering by the sea and on the beach - a cold wind, but plenty of sunshine. Gordon was happy watching birds; I'm happy watching waves. 

We had to make a detour for fish and chips, but it was worth it.
