Carol Singing at the Black Horse

It was great fun and uplifting.
The vicar is hilarious - he has a great sense of humour - a bit off the wall which is right up my street!
I spent most of the day in the kitchen making the nut roast recipe that Sabrina sent us. 
Dear Jamie Oliver - I will never make your Best Ever Pistachio and Cranberry Nut Roast again! 
Such a complicated recipe. 
I used to always make the one in the Cranks Book and it was yummy.
Also made some wee cakes to put in a trifle. 
We are heading up to Airdrie tomorrow. :-)
