I have been talking to the owner of the new vineyard being set up in Grange over Sands.  There is going to be a considerable investment as he is going to set up a winery on site and produce his own wines to sell locally.  He has had advice from an expert vinicologist who has told him he has an almost perfect site on limestone, near the sea and a south facing slope.  He is planning on planting many more vines and hopes to start producing wine in about 3 years.
