Busy Bee

I followed a bee around the garden this morning, determined to get a reasonable photograph. I was quite pleased with this one.

It really was very busy in the sun, visiting many flowers. I have only recently, and through Blip, realised that there are different kinds of bees. I lived a very sheltered life, before Blip!! I assume that this is a Bumblebee because of its soft hair. I also assume that it is female because of the pollen basket on its hind leg. I may be wrong, but I am sure someone will put me right.
