A White Christmas Eve, Eve

Mostly calm and cloudy, still snow on the ground.  By teatime, sleety showers started and never stopped, breezy too.

A much needed rest this morning, then a quick tidy around the house.  Headed out walkies with Sammy, and popped by Madeline's.  Friend Julie met me there, and we headed out again.  A relaxing afternoon, started to watch Doctor Who from the very beginning, a long way to finish it.  Working in the shop this evening, and a fairly quiet night with the poor weather.  Might try another Christmas pint later.  

Lovely to be out walking in the snow, I love the crunching feeling under my feet.  Sammy was also loving the snow, charging ahead and playing about.  With this sleet tonight, I'd imagine most of the snow will have thawed by the morning.  Chances of a white Christmas are slim at the moment.
