Time to harvest ...

... the Christmas Sprouts.

Rachael joined me on the annual pilgrimage to the allotment today to collect our sprouts for the Christmas Day Dinner tomorrow.  The growing gods have been kind to us this year and we had lots to harvest. Not the biggest we have had, but lots of them and they are all tight and well formed.

So, that's food for the family provided and I can beat my chest in triumph and bask in their adoration for another year. No need to mention last year when a quick dash to Sainsbury's was required.
