Christmas Day

Devon is a large County. From Plymouth it is an hours drive to the Eastern boubdary of the county, despite most of the journey being on dual carriageway and a short stretch of Motorway. Plymouth to North Devon takes at least two hours! Today we only had to go as far as East Devon. Being Christmas Day the roads were quieter, but the weather was wet and misty. I hoped today's blip would be a nice village scene but when I got the camera out the battery was missing! 
Back home late this afternoon this was a picture taken looking out onto the garden with rain streaming down the window and the Christmas tree lights reflected in the glass. Definitely an evening to be indoors!
