Brigadeiro Cake

Brigadeiro cake and brigadeiros.

Today is my nephew's birthday, so we had a late afternoon party for him in order to separate it from the other festivities. There is nothing he loves more than chocolate, so we held back some brigadeiros from last night's dessert table and had a brigadeiro cake made for him (which was delicious). Brigadeiros are Brazil's greatest contribution to chocolate confectionery.
