Boxing Day Dip

I went over to Cromer this morning to watch the annual Boxing Day Dip. It's a very short event, all over in 5 mins, but the look on the faces of people taking part is a delight. The main photo is near the end when it's easier to isolate individuals, and I've attached an extra with a larger group (still a small part of the hundreds taking part). It's all done to raise money for charity, this year it was supporting Cromer Community Hospital & Friends.
