Singing in the rain

Not really raining but cloudy for sure. Walking with the dog and heard this bird singing. Photo of the day taken.

Thinking about where I can go hiking for the first day hike. Want to find somewhere new but don’t want to drive hours! Mountains are calling! It is supposed to get really cold so I might go in search of frozen waterfalls.
