Appreciate, appreciate I

Isn't it nice when you wake to find a picture of a gift you gave already in everyday use. This was one of our presents to Katy and Jon. Apparently it makes good coffee!
I put some beef to marinate before breakfast this morning. Nothing like being organised as I meant to do it yesterday!
I went to church to our mid week Eucharist, only four of us there but it was a lovely service. I lit a candle.
We spent the rest of the day rushing round doing little tasks and helping out Ali.
When we got back I used the beef and made a steak casserole. It tastes good. Can't decide whether to give it all away or to put half in our freezer.
We had cold turkey, chip shop chips and assorted pickles (not the cat) for dinner tonight, followed by some Christmas pudding. Very tasty.
We watched episode 3 of Vigil, it needs concentration
