Radiant beams

My first day working in the Lakes. D's parents live in a beautiful town which, from the top, gives a view out to the fells. D set himself a challenge to climb to the very top of the hill every morning before breakfast (and managed it!). Starting work at 7:00 am made that less possible for me but I did go up almost every lunch break. The light of the sun through the clouds was magical.
