… the Dents du Midi today with its early morning sky in the background. Our guests ski mountaineer so Dad and son (in extra) joined me for our local red ski randonnée track. The good thing was we saw no one on the way up, the bad thing was the lack of snow! We had about a 40 minute walk before we could put the skis on and the snow was icy which made for some interesting slides backwards! Maybe that was why no one else was there! Now their delightful family have just left us after an apéro to get to know them a bit better.
