Left and Arrived

3 hour 40 minute journey on a good day. Without stops or roadworks.
Sandy to Saltburn.
Departure time "10am sharp" - yeah right. 
Bearing in mind I’ve got dogs to walk, fridges to empty, car to pack…..

We left at 10.30 which I think is good going. One stop after hour and half. Maybe 20 minutes?
One pit stop just before the roadworks.
Delay through the roadworks (a bridge on the A1 they’ve been repairing for over a year??)
Pit stop on the A172 about 30 minutes before Saltburn because he was busting.
Arrived at ten past three.
A little over 4 hours, all in all very pleased. Dogs travelled brilliantly.
Got the essentials unpacked.
Managed a very quick walk before it got dark.
Now to find a fish and chip shop.
