The actual Old Bridge

I back blipped for yesterday a little earlier today the outing we had with friends for an overnight dinner at The Old Bridge Hotel.
This morning before breakfast I took myself off (in the drizzle) down the side of the river for a brisk walk. Only about 20 minutes there and back but enough to feel like a small breakfast of scrambled egg on toast before we left.
The hotel is to the right just out of this shot, this is the actual old bridge it is named after (I would imagine) and is a Grade 1 scheduled monument, built in about 1332 - a medieval stone bridge.
Glorious setting in the good weather, but actually I quite liked the feel of it in the rain. It was quiet and calm and just right after a night of eating, drinking and chatting.
Couple of extras, just to use them up really.
