Extra bathroom equipment

Following the visit of the occupational therapist ten days ago, today we received some essential equipment for Mummy hazelh's bathroom. Admittedly it's not the most glamorous of accessories, but it should help our geriatric flatmate manoeuvre herself around the bathroom without the risk of taking the basin off the wall!

I'm pleased to have been for a short run today, and to have found some time for more work on my journal paper.

Mummy hazelh still has backache, but she doesn't seem to be suffering too badly today.

Exercise today: 5k run (11,375 steps including run).
