Fire

I may have gotten the light painting flashlight to the fire playlist last night. It looks like fire. If not, I think it might be close enough.

Defenestration Syndrome has claimed another Russian elite. Russian officials said he suffered cardiac issues before he fell out the window three stories. Vladimir Egorov was 46. Last year he became one of the richest deputies in Tobolsk. Vladimir joins Ravil Maganov, the chairman Lukoil, Russia's second-largest oil producer; sausage tycoon Pavel Antov; and Marina Yankina, a Russian defense official.

In London there is something called the Ulez scrappage scheme. As of August, Londoners with vehicles that fall foul of emission standards can claim up to £2,000 when their non-compliant vehicles are scrapped. Kyiv's mayor, Vitali Klitschko, wrote to London’s mayor, Sadiq Khan, to ask that the vehicles be sent to Ukraine instead of scrapped and Khan said he will support this. It would require some legal/admin changes but Ukraine could use the 4x4s.
