First Rose

I finally have a rose out in the garden :)

My husband had to go to the eye clinic again today. They seem happy enough with his eyes, but he's still waiting for a scan appointment to see what's causing problems with one of the eyes.

I also had an opticians appointment, nothing new as I've worn glasses / contact lenses since I was a teenager. I was told that I have very good near sight for someone of my age !!!! I'm only 43. Apparently it all starts going downhill for the eyes from 40.

Other that that I've just done a bit of gardening, I had to stop that though as it was getting dark.
