strange fruit

It looks like a runner bean tree, if such a thing should exist.  No idea what it is.

The grounds of the hotel are full of exotic plants and trees.  The ones with big curvy branches in the extra are Cashew trees (among my favourite nuts).  

Not indiginous to Goa, they were imported from Brazil (another fine nut) by the Portuguese during the Conquest.
