A work of art
This very welcome Christmas present arrived today. I recognised the truffles produced by the Highland Chocolatier in Perthshire as we had visited his shop while on holiday a few years ago and knew that they would be very special. Flavours such as crushed raspberries with white chocolate ganache and Scottish heather honey, or ginger velvet truffle, must be savoured mindfully to get full enjoyment. We are trying to make them last!
