Family disagreement?

Bertie and I were enjoying a peaceful morning walk, until we heard a bit of a commotion behind us, the distinctive cry of a white tailed eagle coming from the stand of trees where a pair have had a nest site for the past few years. I couldn’t see any physical evidence of the birds, until a little further into our walk when I spotted one of them near the top of a tree with its wings slightly extended. After a short distance I had another look at the tree tops and spotted a second bird-like shape which, when I zoomed in on it, was definitely another eagle (extra). There were several trees between the two birds so I reckon that they must have had a bit of a disagreement. ;-))

I spent much of the rest of the day making leisurely preparations for a games evening with friends C&T. It was a hilarious time playing games new and old and we laughed enough to keep us smiling into the new year!
