Bike bug

This small bike is often parked near the beach or up by the hall, might belong to a commuter. I've wanted to get a photo of it and finally took one. I think it looks like some kind of insect. I added a closer look at it in the extra but I used this as the main because I thought that the mirrors looked like antennae.
