Heading home

Not much to blip today so there's the blurry snowy view from the train in the Moffat-ish area of the borders.  I was worried that after all the travel disruptions that the trains would be super busy, but despite my reservation not exisintg again it was a very non-eventful journey.  I joined the fast trained at Lancaster where we were delayed for 15 minutes whilst a train inspection was carried out "Transpennine Express have decided to do a full exterior train insepction.  They couldn't run a bath let alone a train company, so when they finally get their act together we'll be on out way.  Sorry for any delay" The guard was not impressed.

We were warned that heavy snow in the borders might delay us further, but this was as bad as it got and we were back to rain again as we neared home.
