 ................... the cattle at bay  -  ooops, sorry  -  that should be - cooking the beef with bay!      Well seasoned, as you can see, it turned out really well.
Enough to feed at least three families or this family for three days!!!!
Roast with all the trimmings, beef salad, beef sandwiches, pick-bits-of-beef-as-you-walk-past  -  lol.   Whisper likes beef!   :o))
