Happy New Year

Saw the new year in as I usually do, asleep in bed! Out for a walk before 9am to catch the best of the day. Glad I did,this was the only time I saw blue sky today and it has been raining since mid-morning.
Brief catch up on phone with friend who had been away for Christmas and is now home and then spent a couple of hours doing some odd jobs for another friend. She now has a couple of new shelves in her storage unit and has a working doorbell. Haven't quite finished the jigsaw before I go back to work but I have no doubt it will be completed in the next few days.
After a good few days off, back to work tomorrow.
