Rainy Day EB

A quiet morning, an early lunch and an afternoon at pottery glazing the rest of my assorted small pieces using a mix of old and new glazes in various combinations.  I'd arranged to meet up with one of the other potters so it was gently sociable ... and justified putting the gas heater on :-)

The blip is a little vase with a glaze experiment that worked out ok plus a gerbera flower from the remains of my cut price pre-Christmas bouquet.

Tilda having returned home to Aberystwyth, I'm home alone for now but was out with a couple of friends tonight.  Too few of us to sing so we met for a drink and a chat .... and an unexpected game of pool.  Simple pleasures are best and sharing them with friends is best of all.
