New beginnings

I had a lovely walk around the garden before we left and noticed quite a few bulb shoots popping through. Michelle's Pa had passed them on to her/me earlier last year. The hellebore was also just about to burst into flower. A January joy.

All decorations down and packed up on the road by 10am. Quick drop off at mum to say happy New Year and back in Chelmsford by 12.30. Unpacked and all Christmas goodies away, FK went off to Chelmsford City football with his mates, while MrK and I had a walk into town for some fresh air. Bumped into Mickey and Sue for a little chat, before heading home to watch My Fair Lady. Classic, but still a strange ending! FK home buzzing after a 3-0 win.
