Patience and perseverance.

It's the end of the academic year, or should be.
We are still chasing students to finish their courses and no doubt this will continue over the next few weeks.

It has become the norm and we are getting smarter at working with these students.

I never expect rewards so when I get cards from parents they are a lovely surprise and it's wonderful to be appreciated.

Apparently these parents feel my patience and perseverance have been outstanding.

The weather today has been much kinder than the same Friday last year. It is a year since I stood in high winds and torrential rain to see The Olympic Flame for the first time.

Have a great weekend. We are off to Warwick University tomorrow for Adam to look round. It hardly seems 5 minutes since he was a baby in our arms.
