Lamp Post on Church Street

Should have finished work at 5.00am, finished at 7.30am, home and to bed by 8.00am.

Up at 9.45am for a meeting about Frome Triathlon (18th Aug 2013, its a plug, I know!).

Met up with C for coffee, cake and ice cream, well the sun was shining.

Collected my bike no major problems and treated it to a clean.

Now to clean the house and then bed!
