Tiggy's pray

Yesterday on the door mat Tiggy had left a little surprise ... a tail and stomach bits of a poor little critter.

This morning I had the whole thing!!!! Tiggy was very pleased with his nights work!

K and I headed to Bristol to register for tomorrow's triathlon managed a drive around the bike route. It seemed a long way on the car and I have to cycle it 4 times!!!

Hip still not great applying ice, ibuprofen gel and taking tables, just hope I get to the finish line!
