Jambalaya

I was up and out early today. First day back volunteering. We spent most of the morning taking down all of the shop Christmas decorations. Home for a welcome rest in the afternoon. No cooking required tonight as son no 3 stepped in to cook us one of his favourite chicken dishes. He even did all of his own clearing up!
