I was due to de-Christmas the house this morning but couldn’t face it, so instead I went into Gala to meet a good friend and ex Newbattle colleague.
I stopped off in TK Maxx after our tea and scones but managed to escape without spending too much money.
I spent the afternoon with no 3 son. He’s got a deadline to submit essays so is working on those this evening. In separate news, we had an offer accepted on another house in Peebles. Not the bungalow we’d hoped for, but fingers crossed that’s it’s the right decision. We’ve not got the best record with house purchases!
