Fallen

Spotted this chair in the back garden as I came home for lunch. It appealed , I would liked to have been lying in that position. I am so tired. I'm in a catch 22 though, can't go to bed too early as I am only averaging 4hrs sleep a night.

I was washing the dishes tonight when I was aware of chest pains and tightness. Another panic attack occurred . Horrible. It's the fear of the weekend......work has been a great distraction.
