My day

I had such a bad night’s sleep and felt so rough when I got up that I couldn’t face cleaning and lighting the fire. So I stayed in bed all day. Mystère seemed to approve, and at least I have plenty of reading material. It’s a bit dismal having to get up and make my own cups of tea though :) Have had lots of lemon and ginger with honey. Dinner was a cheese and chutney sandwich, as I did manage to bake the bread I started yesterday.

EBCB today means “emergency book and cat blip”. Edit: just realised it’s the 12th anniversary of my very first blip. This photo may be even less inspired than that one was!
