Walking to meet Mike at the petrol station on the way out of town, after collecting my prescription from the health post.

Started a weekly coaching course with Sharon today, would love to become useful at this. In just one short conversation, I realised how I could enrich a video I need to do.

Gratefuls:
- our son-in-law-and-in-heart turning thirty today; what a great addition he has been to our family, and a help to me, personally, with his psychological skills
- more rain, and then some beautiful skies when the sun came out
- the prospect of family visiting sometime soon
