It was D's 93rd birthday and our relatives had arrived from the Midlands, so we all went out to one of our favourite restaurants in Walbottle (bring your own bottle in this case).

I think Lounardo's Bangladesh traditional fish curry was the best, and with 2 chillies was definitely the hottest! It was a lovely meal, a warm sunny evening, and the longest day of the year as well. What could be better :)

A Curry Fest if ever there was one. Now, for an athletics fest all weekend :)
