Sharp objects

Up early and a wee run up some steep raods.

Breakfast and getting everyone up.

Some fun games in the grounds and then a walk back down the hill to get on the bus for some training sessions with Penrith teams.

A lovely day and the girls did well. Lots of mixing and bonding.

Back on the bus and hostel bound, a bus jam on the tight roads.

I had requested some shopping from a car driving coach so after tea I headed to the kitchen to make loads of jammie rock buns.

It was great peace and quiet after a long day with all the girls.

They went down a storm.
