Alter ego

An early start this morning followed a late night last night.

I was off at the crack of arse to get to Nottingham to deliver a pitch with my boss and then head back north to be back in time for the final dress rehearsal.

As I dressed in a smart three piece (first time in a long while) suit, I felt compelled to offer up a side by side comparison with the previous nights attire.

I began to see the root of why my mental health is particularly vulnerable at times....
