Lion Attacks Dr Livingstone Sculpture

This is part of a magnificent Sculpture at the David Livingstone Centre, Blantyre, South Lanarkshire ( where I was Born & Grew up) as you'll notice Ive not captured the Front if the beauty, well it was early evening ( after 5pm) and the Sun was behind it and every shot was far to dark to make out ( unless you've seen it before) so this will give me a second blip in the future ( Smart Thinking eh!)

Dr Livingstone was a major part of my upbringing ( Ge and Robert Burns) two Great Scottish Men who were born into poverty and succeeded to rise above their backgrounds and make a difference to their fellow human beings, all the while never forgetting that Poverty was only a heart beat away!
